BaliBits is the merchant of record. Prices are denominated in USD with crypto as the payment rail. Orders are confirmed before payment; refunds or credits, if any, are issued in fiat value, never in returned coins. Some terms depend on the underlying supplier.

Every order is screened against international sanctions and anti-money-laundering watchlists before payment. If an order cannot be cleared, we will not process it and no payment is taken. By paying, you confirm the funds are lawfully yours and not from a sanctioned or illicit source, that you are not a sanctioned person or entity, that you are not acting on behalf of one, and that you are not a resident or national of a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.
